Mum to be Mini Retreat
Pregnancy yoga is essential for preparing your body and mind for labour, birth and beyond. During pregnancy your body goes through millions of miraculous changes to support and nourish your growing baby. This workshop is about taking some much needed time out for self care, self discovery and will also help you meet a tribe of like minded mamas to be.
Ellen will lead a 2.5 hour workshop where you’ll learn deep relaxation techniques for pregnancy, visualisation and breath work in preparation for labour and delivery and also a one hour yoga class where you’ll learn postures and techniques to help build strength and stamina for birthing and motherhood.
11 -11.45 – Intros, circle time, setting an intention, introduction to visualisation and the breath
11.45 – 12.45 – Yoga class designed to prepare your body and mind for birth
12.45 – 1.10 – deep relaxation and guided meditation
1.10 -1.30 – join us for a herbal cuppa and healthy treats to nourish and fuel your growing bumps
